• My name is Irina. Id like to be called Irina or short form Ira - both possible.

My hobbies are watching serials, going for a walk, embroidering and knitting.

Ive learnt English for 11 years, but when I began to study at the university I didn`t pay huge attention to my English, so the level of knowledge was decreased. But now I have optional English classes and try to improve my level of English to clear Upper-Intermediate
• About law in English – we have some classes of legal English at the university, so I have some kind of understanding legal terms on English
• About US law – I have no so good knowledge, only the main characteristics
• Legal English is really important for me, especially nowadays – we always work with foreign law documents, which are mostly on English.

Hi, my name is Valeria. I like when people call me Lera or Valeria (this is my full name).

Now I have no hobbies, because my work and two small children take up all my time, but in the past I liked oriental dances and yoga.

I had been studying English for many years from school, but after university I stopped studying, did not use English at work and my level decreased

І studied legal English at university and i didn’t study law in English. I have not studied US law. I study legal english now because i want to participate in international events, teach foreign students.

Hi! My name is Yevheniia. My family and close friends call me Jeniia. At the class it’ll be good for me to call Yevheniia. I’m assistant professor at the Information, Economic and Administrative Law Department. I just started work here, just a couple months. Thats why I’m glad to get to know my colleges and of course lecturer of this course.

I have experience learning English at school, university and after that (from time to time). But last 3 years I didn’t have English classes or practice, except for self-study.

I don’t t have experience learning law in
English without taking into account university classes. It was many years ago . Also I haven’t
studied US law and Legal English. This sphere will be interesting for me. Especially Invironmental Law.

As for hobbies. When I have possibility I like skiing. I’m not a professional, amateur. It is a very exciting activity.

Hi! My name is Oleksandr. You can call me Alex. I am 22 years old. Last time I learnt English in 2018 at school. I had lessons every day and a lot of speaking with native speakers 5 years ago. But now I don’t have any practice in English. I don’t have any experience learning law in English. In Ukraine we don’t study US law because we have different system of law and don’t use US practice at our professional life. I want to study legal English because a lot of international agreements which are mandatory in our country are in English and I need to read it and understand easily.
