- Look at the caption of the case, Park v. Song. What do you know about this court? Is it a federal or state court? Trial level or appellate course. How do you know?
- Look again at the caption and the plaintiffs in this case. Do you know what an LLC is? What do you think it means that plaintiffs are suing individually and on behalf of a business entity, such as an LLC?
- On the second page of the pdf you can see listed the attorneys and law firms in this case. Who represents the defendants? What does it mean that the plaintiffs are pro se?
- Based on our discussion and your review of the caption and attorneys, do you think this is a civil case or criminal case? Why?
