Instructions
- You may have already listened to the Full House podcast before starting this quiz. That’s OK. If not, don’t worry, you will listen to it later. For now, don’t listen to the podcast before trying the quiz.
- Download a copy of the attached transcript of the podcast.
- Notice that the prepositions have been removed from the transcript. You will see a blank in the transcript instead of the preposition (e.g., “You will see ___ blank.”
- For each question, type the preposition that belongs in the blank. If you are not sure, just guess.
- After that is the most important part – – listen to the podcast and check your answers. Listening to the podcast and checking your answers is the most important part of this exercise because this is how you train your ear to hear the softly spoken articles (a, an & the). And this is how you internalize the grammar.
